Job Description
As an Android Application Developer, you will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of our Android applications. You will be responsible for development of the entire application lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and maintenance of an application.
Our customers range from mid-sized to large international companies in various domains like Logistics, Metals, Manufacturing, Shipping, Aviation etc.
Job requirements
Candidate must have between 1 to 4 years of professional Android development experience, with strong understanding on implementation of object oriented concepts
Hands-on development experience using Eclipse IDE, Android Studio and Android SDK and knowledge of Google services (Google Map, Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) and Google Analytics)
Experience with HTTP, XML, JSON, SOAP interacting with Server based web services via REST
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, experience with SVN add-on
Experience in debugging, problem solving and improving application performance
Strong problem solving skills in complex environments, ability to replicate, diagnose and resolve problems
Strong communication skills, fluency in English is a MUST
A hands-on programming test will be a part of the selection process.
